  • Free Shipping Reversal: If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of the initial outgoing shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our fulfillment center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

How to Process Your Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team via our website. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds for items which do not qualify for resale, certain items may be exempt from returns including LTL freight shipments and products missing original seals.
