Free Shipping Reversal: If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of the initial outgoing shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds for items which do not qualify for resale, certain items may be exempt from returns including LTL freight shipments and products missing original seals.
